From 24th July to 20th August 2021: 60% refund
From 21st August 2021 no refund

How it works
1. Registration
The B2B platform establish by MabDesign allows to make your registration online. With this platform you can:
- See other expert profiles that will be present at the event.
- Request & Accept B2B meetings.
- Confirm your participation to plenary sessions.
To register:
- Click on the button « Registration » "inscription" on the right hand corner,
- Fill on the registration form,
- Indicate your personal details, availabilities for B2B meetings, information about your organization highlighting your needs and offers.
2. How can I chose my B2B meetings?
- You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings.
- Check which cooperation profiles (via Marketplace or Participants list) are most promising.
- Send meetings requests to selected participants of your choice.
- Meeting requests are treated as declined as long as they are not accepted.
Personal meeting scheduled:
- You can access your preliminary meeting schedule a few days before the event.
- The last one will be accessible the day before the event.
- This meeting schedule gives information about the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.
B2B Sessions:
- You will receive your updated schedule at the reception desk.
- Your schedule contains time and table number of each single meeting.
- You can also check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app.
- You can book meetings via the platform until September 30th..
3. D-Day
